Exhibit & Trade Show Flooring is the ideal add on to your
trade show experience. Interlocking Trade Show Exhibit
Flooring is modular and sets up in minutes. Exhibit Flooring
can be purchase in various rectangular sizes up to 2 feet x 4
feet. Anti-fatigue 5/8” Thick tiles provides comfort for those
long hours on the trade show floor. True layout size is
obtained by combining the proper quantity of rectangles.
Borders are finished smooth with rounded corners. The Soft
Floor is durable and resists cuts. UPS shippable tiles are
available with cases for shipping.
There are three variants of the Comfort Carpet Exhibit
Flooring. Soft Floor is the most economical. It is 5/8"
thick and has a high density EVA finish that allows for easy
cleaning and added durability. This exhibit flooring has a
high density EVA finish allows for easy cleaning and added
durability and come in eight different colors.
Comfort Carpet is just like Soft Floor however it has a
durable carpet top. With the 5/8" padded tile under the
carpet it is just like walking on you padded carpet at home.
Comfort Carpet comes in four available colors to better match
your display and booth scheme. Combined with one of the
shipping cases this provides a less fatigued
sales staff at your shows and more effective marketing of your
products.
Comfort Carpet Plus is the plushest carpet tile on the
market. It meets or exceeds FIRE RETARDANT
Meets fire standard # 16CRT Part1631. It has an even thick
layer of carpet on top of the 5/8" padded tile underneath. It
comes in seven available colors.
We also offer three shipping cases for the Comfort Carpet
line of products. From the smallest lightweight molded
shipper designed to carry an 8x10 foot booth space floor.
For the 10x10 foot booth space the 8-10x10 Soft Side
Carrier w/wheels is available. Heavy duty zippers with easy to
clean ballistic nylon fabric and reinforced handle straps make
this case a real value. It is lightweight and its dimension
are approximately 50” x 30” x 10”.
For the 10x20 foot booth space we have a wheeled case that
is perfect for shipping and moving the your Soft Floor around
show halls. This clam shell lid case come with wheels and
provides easy access for removing and storage of the complete
comfort carpet line of products.
For the 20x20 foot island booth space the wheeled Deluxe
20x20 Hard Vinyl Shipper with wheels designed to carry all the
flooring required for a 20x20 foot island booth space. Heavy
duty vinyl case expands to 50” x 25” x 32”. Adjustable tie
down straps with protective metal edges. It measures 50” x
25” x 17”.
We also have the capability to create an inset with a
custom logo available. These tiles put your company logo over
even the floor of your booth space.
The following questions are helpful. How do I clean Soft
Floor? Use a sponge mop only (not a string mop) with a low
sudsy neutral floor cleaner. Is Soft Floor Anti-Fatigue? Yes.
How do I get indentations out of Soft Floor? Use a hair dryer
on hot setting or hand steamer over the area. Can I just
replace one tile if it is damaged or do I have to replace the
whole floor? Yes, you only need to replace the damaged tile(s)
not the entire floor. How many uses will I get with Soft
Floor Flooring? With proper care Soft Floor should last for
years. How long does it take to setup a 10’ x 10’ floor?
Approximately 7 minutes (1 person) What is the difference
between Soft Floor and other similar products on the market?
Soft Floor is the only High Density flooring available. Why
is your product made of high-density material? It helps
resist indentations and marks from heels or chairs. What
happens to the floor if a person with high heels walks on it?
The high density product and special finish will resist any
tears or punctures. Which side of Soft Floor is the top? The
side with the textured pattern. Are trade shows the only
place I can use Soft Floor? No, Soft Floor is great for other
applications such as basements, fitness room, work areas,
etc... Do I have to tape down Soft Floor like I do regular
carpeting or padding No, its is not required.
